The location, the staff’s friendliness, the furniture/decor, and the pool were all great, but the pool closed at 19:00.

The staff were kind and smiling, but the breakfast didn’t live up to a 4‑star standard, the bathroom equipment was lacking (the sink faucet had no hot water in the morning, was unstable, and the bathtub was slippery, so we’d rather have a shower).

“Friendly staff work hard to make your stay enjoyable”

The room looked nice, and the area was quiet yet close to many shops and restaurants. The bed linen was good, and the staff were happy, friendly, and welcoming. The bath was huge and the air conditioning worked well. However, the memory‑foam mattress topper didn’t give enough support and triggered my sciatica, even though the mattress itself was good quality.

The pool was nice and the gardens were cute. The towels were dirty, there was mold, and the room had a bad smell.

“The perfect oasis in busy Ubud”

The setting was lovely, away from the very busy road, and it felt like a real oasis of calm. Flowering plants, swifts, many aquatic animals, and two clean pools were present. The rooms were meticulously clean and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was big. The only issue was a small drain smell, but it was dealt with quickly.
