The staff were friendly, yet the accommodation sits in a poor area and feels overpriced compared to other places I've stayed at similar rates, so I wouldn't book there again.

The central spot near Florida Street is handy, and there’s on‑site parking for the car. Lucas was very kind and welcoming. However, the bathroom needs a renovation; the hot and cold taps are separate, the shower leaked and the drain didn’t work well. During my stay a part of the building was rented to a group of guys who threw a party until 2 a.m. with loud music, then resumed at 7 a.m.

Lucas was incredibly friendly and helpful, so I’ll definitely return just for him. The place is clean and very comfortable, but the breakfast was the same on both days of my stay. My room had no bin except one in the toilet, and the toilet lacked a rail to hang towels and underwear after a shower.
