The view is amazing! I liked the animation team the most; they created an extraordinary atmosphere and kept us from ever getting bored. They organized games, water exercises, aqua gym, activities and evening shows, music, Latin nights, and a club. The certificates given to participants were a wonderful idea. ❤️

The pool area offered great activities and options, thanks to the lively animators. The restaurants had a wide variety of dishes, though the vegetarian selection still feels underdeveloped.

“Very impressive hotel. We loved our short stay.”

The rooms were spotless, the food and entertainment superb, and the staff went above and beyond. The beds were especially comfortable. However, our room had a disabled bathroom that didn’t drain properly, leaving the floor perpetually wet, and the sunbeds could have used more padding.
