Very good and central; everything is perfect.
The hotel’s location is great. The main bed is wide and comfortable, but the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and my kids complained a little. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. Breakfast seemed a bit sparse and the coffee didn’t suit my taste, though that’s subjective. The room was somewhat noisy because we were on the first floor, and the hotel is in a very central area with a lot of street noise.
The staff were very attentive, the hotel spotless, comfy and perfectly placed, so I felt at ease; the only drawback was the courtyard view, which I liked less than the street view, though both rooms were flawless.

I expected a lot from the photos, but the place turned out to be a remote, residential‑style building with a lot of stairs, and the welcome was terrible because everyone only spoke Italian. They were only concerned about collecting the tourist tax and offered no help otherwise. Breakfast was supposed to be on the fourth floor, yet the hotel was closed that morning and a guard told me they had shut it down because the hotel was empty, not even knowing where to serve breakfast. It was absurd. I had already booked a taxi to the airport and kept asking if they’d arranged it; otherwise I wouldn’t have even gotten that. They couldn’t even inform the driver that the drop‑off was for the airport. Two days of back‑and‑forth messaging and constant calls that never answered, absolutely no assistance, except that if we wanted to change rooms for €100 each, they would do it. I strongly advise against staying here, especially if you’re a foreigner.
“A very disappointing way to end our Italy trip, we spent 2 weeks exploring the country and chose this for our last night”
The place was in a decent spot. Finding it was hard, the staff were unfriendly and unresponsive, and the room didn’t match the pictures. The AC didn’t work—something I chose because we were visiting in late July—floors were dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky.
