The service, the unit’s facilities, and the gym are good. There is no catering service for meals or breakfast, and the staff could provide more information about city activities such as taxi, water, excursions, dinner shows, etc.

The staff, especially Tashika, were very helpful, friendly, and respectful, but the lobby feels a bit dated and could use a refresh.

The best of this place is the staffing. Jose is a valuable person, he provides an excellent service at the front desk. The beach access is not easy for elderly person

“Beautiful location, spacious rooms and a great staff, you can’t go wrong!”

The rooms were spacious, cozy, and spotless, although we found the vacation share presentation annoying and would skip it.
