The place was clean and tidy, and all the staff, especially the cafeteria crew and the front desk (Bachi), were very helpful and respectful; the breakfast was varied and lovely, though the street noise was annoying and there were no soundproof windows.

The staff were very nice, the amenities were good, and the room was spacious; even though it was off‑season, the price matched what was offered, so I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Kazbegi in October or November (outside Gaduari’s season) who wants a one‑night spa stay on the return trip.

I’ve stayed here more than once, but the administrator was unfriendly and it felt like she was doing a favor instead of doing her job.
