The room was clean, spacious and fully equipped, which made me feel really comfortable after a day of fun in Sapa, and the staff were very enthusiastic and attentive; I’ll definitely return to this hotel if I get another chance to visit Sapa. I can’t think of anything that left me dissatisfied.

The room was very clean, beautiful, and airy, and the space, furnishings, and facilities were all complete.

The hotel’s spot near the bus station was super convenient so I didn’t have to arrange extra transport, the rooms are roomy enough for two people to relax comfortably, and the lobby even sells Northwest specialties, letting me pick up gifts easily.

On the plus side, the front desk was available 24/7, which was a relief. However, there were some issues with the booking details that resulted in us paying 30% more than expected, and the front desk staff didn't speak much English, which made communication challenging. To top it off, the mattress was extremely hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
