We arrived on 9/11 just as the honor parade was starting, and what an awesome thing for them to do—brought tears to my eyes.

I only stayed one night and the bathroom door was BROKEN—no door at all! I asked for a refund, but they wouldn’t give me the money for the other 2 days, so I had to find a new hotel. It was disappointing and I wasted money on this mess! No privacy for the restroom, awful and disappointing, and they kept my money. Do better!!!

The room was clean and there is an indoor swimming pool. The sliding bathroom and closet doors do not lock.
