The hotel's strict no-shoes policy was clearly posted, but it seemed like a lot of guests didn't take it seriously. I was shocked to see staff weren't always on site to enforce it. The outdoor hot tub was a letdown too - it was pay-per-use and supposedly required a reservation, but the unit bath in my room was tiny and the water pressure was all over the place. To top it off, I found a cockroach in my room.
