The room and hotel premises are very clean. When we arrived, we were exhausted and wanted a warm smile and a friendly welcome at the reception. Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed quite unfriendly and did not smile or show much warmth during check‑in. Later that afternoon she was more welcoming and smiled at us, and she was also friendly the next day. The first impression was already disappointing. A warm and friendly welcome at check‑in can make a big difference, especially after a long journey.

We had a great stay! It offered excellent value for money and was in a very convenient location with easy access to the town center

“Great stay, would stay here again :)”

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The small rooftop pool is definitely worth it; we enjoyed a little swim in the rain. The rooftop restaurant is a nice addition, but we didn’t eat there. The sheets were ripped and had some mould stains on them, although they were washed and smelled perfectly fine.

The staff were friendly—especially the manager who gave a big hug and was amazing—plus the breakfast, the location, and the rooftop pool after a long day were all great.
