Close to the port and promenade, the service is pleasant and the place is clean. The photos look much better than the actual rooms.

The property is well maintained, feels family‑like, spotless, and the breakfast is fantastic with cakes and fresh items prepared each morning by Chef Felice. The staff deserve kudos, especially the brilliant Silvia, who is always professional, smiling, and courteous. Parking nearby is a bit tricky.

The hotel sits in a central spot near the ferries, and the staff are helpful with information requests. The room assigned was “vintage,” the air‑conditioning unit is old, inefficient, and noisy… The towels could use a fabric softener. I’d suggest putting a bottle of water in the minibar when guests arrive.
