The place sits in a quiet area, but communication from the property was poor—they never answered the messages I sent through the app. The heating didn’t work, so there was no hot water. They offered an alternative lodging, yet it was on the outskirts of Rostock and hard to reach by public transport. Also, the living‑room socket was half‑pulled out of the wall.

“Mangelhaft”

I still haven’t received a bill, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the wine from previous guests was still stuck in the glass; there were dirty spots everywhere on the carpets.

We basically checked out right after checking in - it was that bad. The place was a disaster, starting with the view of boarded-up windows and stinky trash cans outside the entrance. The key handover was in a separate building behind the bar, and the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke despite the no-smoking signs. Our rooms were a mess, with dirty carpets and awful bathrooms - we couldn't even stay.

This place is a complete catastrophe - there's nothing good to say about it. It's just a terrible, run-down hotel that you wouldn't want to stay in for a night, let alone longer.
