Very good welcome. Nice location. The pool was unusable. Breakfast was too sweet, no choice.

The location was amazing and a short drive to the thermal pools. The gardens need some attention and some of the rooms required maintenance.

The breakfast was made with passion using organic products and served in a lovely common area, and even though our stay didn’t go as we’d hoped, the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately we had to call and wait for someone to greet us because the reception wasn’t signposted, and the photos were misleading: our rooms, Africa and Japan, were in very basic bungalows. We asked for rooms close together with double beds, but were told that, due to the weekend, all rooms were occupied and ours were the last two. The rooms had no TV or other amenities, the cleaning was lacking, and the outside chairs and tables were dirty and wrinkled; the shower still had a plastic curtain. At night, the neighboring bungalow guests arrived after 1 pm, parked right outside our room (we were told to park 300 m away), and started shouting and making a mess. In the morning, both the shower and toilet clogged; when I reported it, the manager worked hard to fix the problem, but after about an hour of attempts he offered us a "magically" freed double room.

The staff welcomed us warmly and were attentive to our needs, but the pool service was missing and the price felt too steep for what was offered.
