The room was spacious, but it should have had two queen beds. The carpet was filthy, and a furniture drawer wouldn’t open; the hallway and room furniture need new carpet.

I confirmed my booking, but when I arrived to check‑in the front desk said the room was fully booked. I complained, yet the staff didn’t resolve it, claiming they didn’t know the rooms were all taken.

The front desk staff and the door person were friendly, and breakfast was decent. However, the person who cleaned and delivered towels was angry and rude, the room wasn’t very clean, and I found an old empty bottle.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, but the cleanliness was lacking.
