I was happy with the location, but the staff were a bit slow.

The hotel isn’t very modern, yet it makes up for it with lovely service, and I have nothing to add.
The spot is great, air‑conditioned and quiet, and the large lounge with comfy sofas is nice.
I am extremely satisfied with my stay.
The central location is quiet, and communication with the center in Katowice is fine.
