It was great.
A night on the road to southern Italy turned into an unforgettable experience with tastings of homemade wines, local treats, and chats with locals in the wine cellar/beer garden on the terrace of the accommodation. The morning breakfast was also wonderful – yogurt, butter, jam, . all homemade. The owners are very kind and the place – a little castle – is secluded with a view of the countryside. You can also arrange dinner, because within walking distance nothing is available.

The apartment was large, clean, and uniquely furnished. Dinner was lovingly prepared and very tasty, even with house wine. The same applies to breakfast. Everything was fine for our overnight stop on the way home.

The location is truly beautiful, Viscardo's hospitality is incredible, nothing is too much to ask and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. There's a very relaxed vibe. We brought our dog, and it was no problem that he walked freely on the grounds. Great stay!
