“Stinking smell in bathroom lets down this property”

The hotel's location was a major plus - it's close to plenty of restaurants and just a 20-minute walk from the city centre. My room was decent, with all the basics covered, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, even if it was a bit too hard for my liking. The pillows, however, were a highlight - super comfy and a great touch. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The check-in process was a nightmare, with far too many steps and a convoluted system that left me scratching my head.

“Worth it”

I was really impressed with this place, except for one major flaw - the shower heater didn't work. But the bed and pillows were super comfy, the room was spotless, and it's just a short walk from the city centre. So, while the lack of hot water was a bit of a bummer, the other features made up for it.

“It was okay-ish”

The staff here were really friendly, which was a nice touch. However, there were a few issues with the room - there was a leak in the bathroom and it was a bit stinky. And to make matters worse, the shower heater wasn't working, so I had to use the electric kettle, which was a bit of a hassle.

“Its just Ok”

The sheets were clean, which was a relief. However, the internet was pretty unstable, and there was no hot water or drinking water available. Not exactly the most ideal situation.

The lobby and café were a highlight, and having a balcony in the room was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the fridge was ridiculously loud and the hotel's location was a bit tricky to find - a more detailed description would've been super helpful.
