The Hotel Gasthof Brandstätter, a family-run 4-star hotel, is located on Salzburg's outskirts, near the A1 motorway. It features an award-winning restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine, an indoor pool with terrace access, garden, and wellness area with sauna and gym. Modern, non-smoking rooms offer satellite TV, desk, and free WiFi. Nearby attractions include the exhibition centre, Red Bull Arena, and Europark shopping centre.

Run by the owner, a 3*+ establishment with great staff and good food, located a bit outside the center. Plenty of free parking available. The house is, one might say, “charming” – or you could say it’s “run-down”.

Breakfast tastes good and is sufficient. Lunches and dinners are excellent. The staff is outstanding, even one from Zlín. The chefs are superb. It’s better to reserve a table in the restaurant ahead of time. Prices are similar to those in the city. Thanks from the family in Zlín and the surrounding area.

We’re not new to Hotel Brandstetter and have always been very satisfied. Everything liked!

If you’re after something special and quiet, you’ll find both here. The staff are very attentive, always trying to meet every request. The small garden is inviting on nice days, and there are plenty of nooks to retreat into. Dinner in the house should be pre‑ordered because the restaurant gets busy. It isn’t cheap, but sometimes you just have to treat yourself. We love it!
