The place was quiet and the staff were welcoming, but the room was very dark and small, and the photo gallery on Booking didn’t match reality. The room on the floor had a terrible view, and for the price I could have had a luxury room elsewhere. In the bathroom there was only one cheap liquid soap on the sink and no shower soap. There was no wardrobe or towel hook. The cleanliness was good, and the staff were kind.

The response from my colleague and friend was very positive, they were satisfied. Because it was a business trip, we chose accommodation as close as possible to the conference venue. Thank you for the excellent service. We did not notice any complaints, so we assume everything was fine.

The breakfast was good. The location is perfect. The environment and cleanliness are mediocre. The room interior is lacking.

“Sehr enttäuschend”

From the outside the building looks very nice and it’s centrally located, yet the rooms were small, windows faced only the hallway, there was mold in one shower, it was loud at night (like a club?), breakfast was served in a dark room without windows, the food was arranged without care, and the staff seemed uninterested.
