The owner is lovely and speaks Spanish fluently, and there’s air‑conditioning. The bathroom feels cramped, the water is cold, and the mattresses are nowhere near comfortable. It’s a 20‑minute walk to the nearest train station.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the owner even came to meet me even though I arrived well after the cut‑off time, and the lady is also very kind. The place is spacious and clean! Scafati isn’t the best spot to tour Naples, but given the city prices, the location works.

The air‑conditioning works. The place and the photos shown on the site look nothing like the room.
