The location is good, but the place feels very dated and could use a lot of work. I stayed two nights and didn’t see a member of staff at all.

The location is good and check‑in is easy. The cabin design is cute with a fireplace. However, there was only one chair in the living‑room area, a towel was dirty, food was found on the carpets, and the place might not have been cleaned thoroughly. There was also no ice on site.

The location is good, close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The experience was average. The sofa‑bed is extremely uncomfortable; you can’t sleep on it and all the springs stick out. Honestly, it shouldn’t be offered as a bed. Additionally, the shower produced barely a trickle of water, and opening the kitchen tap left almost no water for the shower. The furnishings are quite old and need renovation.

“Very glad we were able to stay on such short notice!”

The location and ease of check‑in and check‑out were great. The front desk during checkout was very friendly and helpful! The air conditioner/fan was noisy.
