“Very enjoyable n memorable.”
The rooms are beautifully designed, each one different from the others, and the antique collection is amazing. The food is good and the staff are very courteous – I couldn't ask for more.
The property was designed out of passion, with every detail taken care of, and the antique collection on display is truly amazing. The location is excellent; only the last 3 km is a mud road. The staff are very nice and the food is very good too.
Several aspects were disappointing. A staff member in charge of payments gave bad service, constantly demanding payment even though we had paid half upfront, and of course we had to pay the rest at checkout. It was hilarious and I have never experienced such a hassle at a 5‑star hotel. They claim there is a fitness centre, but there isn’t one, and the internet didn’t work for 24 hours.
