I booked a double room but the front desk handed me a single room infested with several cockroaches on the floor; I demanded a swap for the room I paid for.

I loved the location, the service, and the comfort of the lodge with its lift to the thousand‑meter level, plus the complete and wonderful breakfast; the only annoyance was that they didn’t answer the phone or the app chat.
