“Just go there!”

The hotel is fantastic—no complaints at all! The staff are wonderful, and it’s a great spot to stay. I had never been there before, so it took a while to locate it; if you’re driving in a new country and city at night, that’s something to remember—just make sure you have a GPS or use Google Maps and you’ll be fine.

The location is good, the staff are courteous, and the breakfast is fine. The shower curtain isn’t up to current hygiene standards.

I really liked the location—perfect for exploring the Langhe comfortably—and the breakfast was varied and good quality. In the hallways and the room it was very cold; even though we asked for a heater—which was supplied—the heater short‑circuited and the staff couldn’t replace it or offer us a room change or any alternative to make the stay more comfortable. A disappointing situation, especially for a hotel that calls itself four‑star.

“4 étoiles a l'italienne !”

The setting is close to town, there’s a parking lot, and the breakfast is decent. The duvet is too thin for the season, the heating is outdated, and the sound and thermal insulation in room 406 are poor.
