The room was wonderful, but finding it was a bit tricky.

The loft room was a unique spot, and my kids loved having their own little area; everything we needed was already in the room, and the scenery was beautiful with easy access to the beach, pool, and shopping.

It was close to the beach, but the stairs and location were a bit of a hassle.

“My husband and I never stayed we left immediately after checking in/walk through of the place!”

We didn't like anything about this booking—my husband and I left immediately because the place didn't match the pictures at all. The room wasn't cleaned; the bed looked like someone had just slept on it before we arrived, the refrigerator was dirty, and the bathroom was unclean. Overall, the place looked run down and was a disappointment for a vacation or anniversary getaway. The only bright spot was a young lady at the front desk who was sweet, apologetic, and tried to accommodate us with another room, but she couldn't, so she helped us try to secure a refund, which I’m still waiting for as I write this review.
