The pool was nice, but the room felt a bit dirty and the karts and scooters made a lot of noise while we slept.

The location was excellent, just a stone's throw from La Pinilla and Riaza, yet we expected the hostel to be open with the promised facilities like a restaurant and a game room, only to find everything shut. We were handed the room key and left alone without any staff, and even the exterior lights couldn't be turned on. It was disappointing because that’s not what we paid for, and we should have been informed about the situation beforehand.
