The area was spacious and quiet, and the food—both breakfast and dinner—offered good variety. The kids’ play area could use a few more rides, and the indoor games section has only a handful of paid options.

“The photos on Booking.com were misleading, as our initial two-bedroom villa arrived dirty smell”

The location is convenient, right in Ooty town, with nice scenery and decent breakfast and dinner. The junior suite was acceptable, about 7.5 out of 10, but the 2‑bedroom apartment scored only 3 or 4 out of 10—so poor and not worth it. The photos were deceptive; our initial two‑bedroom villa arrived dirty, with unclean sheets and a bad bathroom smell. Management offered two other rooms that looked similar and still unclean, but after we raised concerns they upgraded us to a Junior Suite at no extra cost, which was better, though the bathroom still lacked cleanliness and staff entered rooms wearing shoes. Both dinner and breakfast were okay, but the resort has limited activities, no swimming pool, no table tennis, and overall maintenance is lacking for the price. The 2‑bedroom apartment cost INR 15000, which felt very expensive for such a poor room. The only bright spot was the free upgrade to the junior suite.
