The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Finding it was a problem.

It was fairly basic, but I came only because of the location. What ruined the stay completely was the bed. I’ve never slept on a harder mattress than that before in my life. I understand everyone has their own preferences with mattress firmness etc but that was like sleeping on the counter top. Mattresses in hotels should never be scrimped on – it’s what everyone wants when they stay somewhere “a comfortable nights sleep”. I woke up in so much pain from that one night on the mattress. Next time I’d have to look elsewhere purely because of that issue.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the facilities are excellent. Nothing bad to say about the facilities.

The room was spotless and checking in was a breeze. Everything else was solid.
