“The worst place I've ever stayed in”

This place has a great location, right in the heart of the action with restaurants, pharmacies, banks, and shops just a stone's throw away. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't quite up to par - the first one we were given was a total dump, with a stench that was overwhelming and a bathroom that was dirty and moldy. We complained and were given a second room, but it wasn't much better, with a moldy bathroom and a bed with yellowish stains.

The hotel's location was one of its best features - it was right in the heart of the city and easy to get around from. That's about where the positives end, though. The rest of my stay was pretty uneventful, and I didn't have any major complaints.

I was baffled by the design of the bathroom - the door was blocked by the water closet, which seemed like a pretty basic mistake. It's not exactly the kind of thing you want to deal with when you're trying to relax in a hotel room.

“Confusing address”

We were relieved to finally get some rest after a long journey, but that's about where the positives end. The location on Google Maps is seriously confusing, with two different addresses listed - and the wrong one, to boot. I was starting to think we'd been scammed when we showed up at the wrong place.

“Staff are friendly”

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and the location was great - it was close to everything I needed and had a secure parking lot with a 24-hour guard. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the toilet, which needed a good scrub with bleach. The towels and bed sheets were also a bit grimy.
