“A classic hotel in a great location.”

The location was perfect, close to the station. The front desk greeting was friendly and professional. The facilities were perfect and very tasteful, reminding me of a bygone era. The room had an amazing view of the square and a beautiful bathroom, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast in a beautiful room was exceptional. Highly recommend. Everything was excellent.

The hotel is just fantastic with a view of Santa Maria Novella square and the church. Service is perfect and very kind.

“フィレンツェ観光に最高”

The staff were all friendly and made my time there comfortable, while the hotel’s elegance, spacious rooms, bathtub‑equipped bathrooms and high ceilings impressed me; the location was handy too, just five minutes to Domò, a little over twenty to the Uffizi and five to the Medici Chapel, all near the station, making it a very good hotel overall. The only drawback was that the power outlets were set low, so a bit of creativity was required.
