The hotel was quiet compared to other Peruvian hotels, and there were small restaurants nearby. It’s next to the Plaza de Armas. The underground parking is a real plus. The breakfast room with terrace is very pleasant. We had an issue with cold water, but the staff were very responsive and handled it quickly. The breakfast was a bit light, but not less than in other hotels.

The facilities were fine, but I was overcharged; they claimed the booking site added a commission, yet the reservation actually showed I was 40 soles short. The employee couldn’t explain the discrepancy.

I stayed at a really nice hotel just outside Andahuaylas, with restaurants nearby, and the staff were super friendly. The garage was safe and kept our car secure.

The location and room cleanliness were great, but on the last day the breakfast took over half an hour to start. When I asked, they said it would be even later, so I left without eating, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
