Well laid out, nice shared living room, kitchen and terrace with pool. The only issue was the noise from the air‑conditioning.

Very beautiful view from the terrace. The pedestrian path along the ocean makes it easy to reach Angra. The kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast is good. Fernanda was very friendly. Be aware that most rooms are in the basement, without a view… They are still well equipped.

“Bellissimo soggiorno vista oceano”

The place is brand‑new, sleek, and stunning with a terrace and ocean‑view pool – the house itself is wow. We stayed in a spacious, functional lower‑floor room that even had a kitchen area for cooking or just storing things in the fridge; every room comes with a shelf. Breakfast was solid, covering all the basics, though a daily change would keep it from feeling repetitive – maybe a local sweet, a slice of cake, or different yogurts to spice things up. The coffee pods were spot on. It’s honestly the most beautiful spot in the Azores. Parking is always available, and a 15‑minute walk takes you into town. The staff were friendly and I really liked that. The only downside was one night when the air‑conditioner malfunctioned, making odd noises all night; it was hot that evening and everyone had the AC on, so the system blew out.
