“Great value for the money”

The hotel was clean, the reception friendly, and the breakfast excellent; the free shuttle to and from Chamonix was a real bonus, and I’ll definitely return.

“Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, déçues du Spa dans la mesure où nous étions venues pour ça…”

The room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety, but the hotel’s location was a bit off‑center from Chamonix (10 minutes by car), the parking lot was too small and hard to navigate when arriving late, and I was disappointed with the spa: the pool was very cold, the jacuzzi and sauna were tiny, and you had to wait your turn to use them.

The hotel is fantastic, just a 5‑minute drive from Chamonix, and we were greeted with chocolate and a welcome letter in our room—what a nice touch. The room was spacious and spotless, the children’s playroom was amazing with plenty of toys open all day, and the lobby offered many board games. The pool area, jacuzzi, and sauna stayed open late, though with kids you could stay there only until 7 pm. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the courtyard’s green spaces offered stunning views, and the hotel even included a free train ticket to nearby towns. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it, though the pool water was very cold.
