The spot was great, right next to the tram line and the harbor, but the hotel didn’t cover the breakfast for all four of us even though we booked for four and added breakfast as an extra; the staff said only two of us would be covered, up to $30 per person or $60 max. I’d also paid extra for lounge access, yet they claimed that too was only for two of us, and my daughters would be charged $100/day each. So, a family of four faced a breakfast bill of $280, and the only discount offered was $60 off the total. Because of that, I chose to eat out for the remaining three days.

The staff were quite aggressive and disrespectful, with zero customer care, except for the manager Noha who was excellent; the rest of the team could use better customer service training.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were great.

The hotel was modern, located well, and had great restaurants; the pool was small but still nice, set in a large open area.
