The front desk staff were amazing, and from my balcony on the 3rd floor I could spot the balloon festival—though it wasn't the same as standing in the park, I was just passing through. Breakfast, dinner, and happy hour were all well‑served.

Everything was very quiet, which I liked, but a large group of elderly guests arrived and the elevator was blocked because there was a long line of people desperately trying to get up.
