Extremely loud room, didn’t sleep for 2 nights, the room heater couldn’t be turned off, the room price charged was far higher than what was listed—totally disappointed.

The place was charming and comfortable, with no issues at all.

The location was ideal for visiting Chagrin Falls, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, and the on‑site parking in the small town was a nice bonus. I couldn’t find anything to dislike.

At 9 am there was almost no food left, and the lack of an elevator made the stay less comfortable, even though the decor was beautiful.
