The location is decent and the hot water works. The staff were extremely unfriendly, bordering on rudeness. After years of traveling, this is the first unpleasant interaction I’ve had with reception, both in person and in correspondence. The room I got was not the one shown in the booking photos. The bathroom only had toilet paper that felt like sandpaper. I had to change the sheets to avoid sleeping on a fresh stain, even though the linen appeared washed. The price for such “service” is too high; I don’t recommend it.
