“Experiencia afectada por la limpieza”

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was tasty, but the bedding and pillows had a very unpleasant odor. When we removed the covers, we saw the pillows were black. We requested a change of the bedding and the situation improved slightly, yet the cleaning was still inadequate. They should consider installing dehumidifiers in the rooms.

“Wir würden dort nicht ein zweites Mal übernachten. Der Service war leider ziemlich schlecht.”

The location was good, but the staff were unhelpful and not particularly friendly. The room had no glasses, and we asked the reception for some, only to be told we’d have to get them ourselves at the restaurant. At breakfast, we weren’t greeted, there was honey, even though tea was offered.

“A room with a view! Geweldig uitzicht en top zwembad.”

Nice little house on a beautiful property. The house was simple but fine. Lovely balcony with a stunning view of the volcano! Everything was present and clean! Great pool and hot spring! Nice little restaurant and delicious breakfast.

The common areas and the unbeatable views were fantastic, and we got a clear day with the volcano—absolutely amazing. The room was clean, the included hot springs were very pleasant, and the bar inside the springs plus the restaurant served fresh, delicious food. Breakfast was also great, with dishes cooked on the spot. Highly recommended!
