The price was unbeatable, yet it takes about an hour to reach most major spots in Tokyo, so a short visit wastes a lot of time; the nearby train to Haneda is jammed with commuters, so you might need an expensive taxi if you have luggage; rooms lack soundproofing, light seeps in at night; only one regular towel is provided for the whole stay, plus disposable towels that barely absorb.
