“Péssima estadia!!!”

Only the breakfast was decent and well made, but the service was terrible: every day I stayed with my wife, we had various problems—no internet in the room from Wednesday to Sunday, staff were poor, towels, face towels, floor cloths were missing daily, they didn't collect the trash, the room light was burnt out, the minibar was old and defective because it wouldn't close properly. I had to complain about all those issues every day, and also we woke up every day with cockroaches in the room and bathroom. From day one we made the necessary requests and nothing was done, overall a terrible experience.

The location was great, right in the center of Vila de Abrãao, close to the market, restaurants and travel agencies; all the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

The location is excellent and the price‑performance is very good; breakfast was sufficient and tasty. The room was small, and the balcony felt unnecessary because it was tiny and dark.
