The hotel was central, quiet, welcoming, and the breakfast was good, but there was an unpleasant smell in the room coming from the toilet.

The location was perfect for the Caserta Palace, parking was on the east side, and the staff were excellent.

I was disappointed with the room I received; it was dirty and neglected. The air‑conditioner was filthy, poorly functioning due to a clogged flap, and condensation leaked into the room, making it unusable. The bathroom was a disaster.
