Horizon Hotel

“Friendly staff, excellent location, huge breakfast and very comfortable!”

The staff were fantastic, which was the highlight, and the location was excellent. There was plenty of hot water, a strong shower, and good pillows; the bed was okay but could be a bit more comfortable. Check‑out was easy. The restaurant offered many breakfast options, had a real espresso machine, and the place was spotless. Laundry service was great and reasonably priced. When a credit‑card processing issue arose, the staff and manager went above and beyond to resolve it. The people were lovely and the value was good. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the room cleaning was superb. The only downside was that the carpets in the room were showing real wear and could use an upgrade.

The service was excellent, and the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. There was nothing major to criticize, and they even have a private high‑class gym.

The staff were amazing. Mehdi the manager was very helpful, and Alaa, Noor, and everyone at reception and in the restaurant were wonderful; I will stay here again. Rooms could be cleaner, and the pillows need to be changed.
