“A pior possível. UM LIXO!”
The reception staff and the location were fine, but the accommodation was horrible. The host, known as the “king of flats,” is irresponsible, rude, and should never manage a flat. When we arrived on a Sunday, the flat was filthy as if a wild party had taken place. Mirrors had hand marks, there was a strong odor, women's hair everywhere, droplets on the floor, a cigarette‑burned sofa, and a leaking bathroom sink. We contacted the host, who offered no help, so we had to hire a hotel housekeeper for R$200,00 to clean the place. The next afternoon, a message on my WhatsApp informed me that “their team had already come and cleaned everything.” This was done without our permission; they entered the flat with our belongings still there, without notice, and cleaned what had already been cleaned. I booked until Saturday but left on Wednesday night. It’s absolutely unworkable for single women staying there. It was a disgrace—everything was dirty, broken, the electrical system was problematic, the room AC didn’t work, outlets were non‑functional and in impossible places… LITTER!
