From check‑in to check‑out the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast, room, and staff were good, but I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels where everything else was great and the room rate was $60 cheaper.

The photos advertised an indoor pool, yet the hotel had no pool at all, which was a huge let‑down for my kids who had come specifically for that feature.

The place was spotless, but one night felt a bit pricey.
