There’s no breakfast included, but the cafe next door offers an excellent breakfast. The location by the River Fowey is great. The Wi‑Fi is intermittent, and the water pressure in the shower and toilet is low, but we managed fine.

The room was very clean and felt cozy, but the included dinner turned out to be only a single course – it would have helped to note that drinks and just one dish were all that were provided.
