The hotel was really clean and the staff were super friendly, that was my main impression.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made my stay great.
The breakfast was really good - I enjoyed it.
The hotel's location isn't super convenient, but the shuttle bus was a lifesaver.

“良かったです。”
The shuttle to Kanayama Station was handy and worked well for me; it was disappointing that the parking I had booked in advance didn’t appear on the list, though they sorted it out quickly afterward.
“概ね満足しています。また泊まります。”
The hotel was clean. It was a little far from the station.
“初めて泊まりました”
The staff’s service was excellent. Nothing to complain about.
“大変満足でした”
The place felt clean and the staff were friendly. It would have been nicer if there was milk at breakfast.
“全ての面で快適です”
This was my second stay and the room was spotless and charming; with numerous coin‑parking options nearby I never worried about where to leave the car, and I’ll definitely return.
