“Good value in a very good position”

The spot is great, right next to the metro and within walking distance of Sultanahmet mosque and the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are basic but spotless, and the beds feel comfortable, making it a solid value for money.

“Pour nous, c’est un excellent hôtel,”

The place is superbly located with the metro, ferry, tramway, and all amenities right in front of us, and the staff are warm, friendly, and helpful, not to mention the gorgeous terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. We also had several shops and bazaars nearby. We had no issues at all and found the hotel to be excellent.

“Chambre Degueulasse”

Nothing good to say. The room was filthy, the staff were hardly recommendable, the wifi didn't work, and the TV had no sound when I arrived. There was constant noise even at 4 am, a dreadful brouhaha. Mosquitoes and other insects were everywhere, some even squashed on the walls. The shower cabin was broken, hot water worked only one day out of two. I regret staying here, which feels like an old, shabby building in a bad neighborhood. The receptionist wasn’t there when I arrived and the door was closed. I urge Booking to verify hotels and ensure they are legitimate, because this place looks like a decrepit apartment block.

The hotel is good, especially its location and the staff. Host Zaid was very friendly and helped us with all our needs and wishes.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I especially want to highlight Zaid at the reception, who was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. The hotel owner is also a very respectful and warm person. The bed linen was clean and new, and the hotel’s location is truly excellent – many important places and shops are right nearby. I also appreciated the very fair and affordable prices; the value for money is really good. I can only recommend this hotel for a visit to Istanbul and would gladly return anytime. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
