The service was very good, and I have no complaints.
“Descanso”
The warmth was great, but the hotel feels a bit old.
Everything was very good and the breakfast seemed fine to me.
“Agradable”
Acceptable. The hotel is old and could be better utilized, in my opinion. Painting it cream would enhance it against the green vegetation; it needs more cleaning. A bit of love from someone who knows interior design could make it a success; the old charm should be valued.
The staff were friendly and our room was comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the waiters were great too; we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the lack of blackout curtains, and the corridor light in front of our room stayed bright all night.
