The hotel sits right in the heart of Ashrafieh, just a short walk from Abc mall and other shops, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and smiling. Everything else was fine.

The location was nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a complimentary late check‑out, which I really appreciated, and my lunch was excellent. My room felt a bit small and lacked a view, and the breakfast selection could have been more varied.
