The location was perfect for visiting Mahameuna Asipuwa right away, the food was good and tasty, and the staff were very friendly.

We were new to Sri Lanka and traveling through Ella, so picking the right hotel was tough because most are a bit away from the centre. Scenic View – Ella won us over with early‑morning sunrise photos taken from the property, and we expected standard facilities. Instead, the hotel, built recently to a high standard, offered rooms and common areas that were better than we imagined and well arranged. The owner and staff were welcoming, always ready to help, which made the stay feel easy and comfortable. I’d strongly recommend this hotel to anyone in Ella looking for a quiet, relaxing, and photogenic stay.

The location outside Ella is wonderfully quiet with a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have large beds, and the breakfast was tasty.

“Very welcoming staff”

It’s new, very clean, and the staff go above and beyond. The manager happily offered to drive you to Ella for a small fee. The only wish is a safe and a fridge in the room.
